A magical place, as those recounted in fairy tales, comes to life in this little natural wonder, just a 30-minute walk from the B&B. The turquoise and emerald waters blend with the green of the vegetation and contrast with the grey of the surrounding rocks and cliffs. An easy walk that does not present too many difficulties, except for a few slippery stretches to be careful of, which will give you a unique experience.

The Zumelle Castle is the best preserved castle in the entire Valbelluna, and hosts frequent events. The central nucleus, complete with walls and tower, is surrounded by a deep moat carved into the rock. Access to the castle and the small inner courtyard is via a road that climbs up the slope. The tower, 36 metres high, has a quadrangular plan and five floors, connected by a wooden staircase. On the north side of the walls, there is a small church dedicated to St Lawrence.

In the tavern you will taste gorgeous recipes, both medieval and modern, with staff dressed in theme. Truly a leap into a fantasy tale!
